Air New Zealand (ANZ) has placed orders for two more Boeing 787-8s, doubling its firm commitment to the new type. The two aircraft, plus another two ordered last year, are due for delivery in 2010 and 2011. The order came as ANZ took delivery of its first Boeing 777 from an order last year for eight of the type.
