Asiana counts financial cost of 747 loss

Korea's Asiana Airlines estimates that the loss of its Boeing 747-400F after an in-flight emergency resulted in damages of 200.4 billion won ($190 million).

The carrier disclosed the figure to the Korean stock exchange.

It said the aircraft was lost 76nm south-west of Jeju while en route from Seoul to Shanghai.
