South Korean carrier Asiana Airlines plans to launch services to Jakarta and Denpasar, starting July.
Asiana will operate a daily Seoul Incheon-Jakarta service starting 21 July, and a twice weekly Seoul Incheon-Denpasar service from 25 July, says its spokeswoman.
It will use Airbus A330-300 aircraft on services to Jakarta, and Boeing 767-300 to Denpasar.
The airline will also raise frequencies of both services from Seoul Incheon to Phuket and Kota Kinabalu, from six to seven times weekly, starting 31 March and 23 September respectively, adds the spokeswoman.
Innovata schedules show that Asiana will compete with Korean Air and Garuda Indonesia on routes from Seoul Incheon to Jakarta and Denpasar.
