Australia clears Boeing Shanghai for 737 MRO

Boeing Shanghai has been approved by Australia's Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) as a maintenance provider for Boeing 737-family aircraft.

The approval covers 737-300, -400, -500, -600, -700, -800 and -900 aircraft.

The company declined to comment on when it expects to service the first aircraft flying under the CASA rule.
