Australia’s Skywest passenger traffic up 32% in October

Australian regional carrier Skywest has posted a 32% year-on-year increase in passenger traffic as measured in RPKs for October.

The carrier says its passenger numbers grew by 15.7% to 38,000, compared with the same period last year.

Passenger capacity as measured in ASKs increased by 40.8%, while passenger load factor decreased by 4 percentage points to 60.9%, says the airline.
