Honda Aircraft has selected UK-owned GKN Aerostructures to produce the carbonfibre-composite fuselage for the HondaJet at its Tallassee, Alabama plant while Canadian firm Avcorp will build the all-metal wing for the advanced light jet in Delta, British Columbia. Honda will assemble the aircraft in a new plant at Piedmont Triad International airport in Greensboro, North Carolina.
