Cathay Pacific CEO and current chairman of UK airline investment group Aviation
Partners Worldwide (APW) Peter Sutch has resigned from his post citing health
chief executive and former CEO of Australia’s National Jet Systems, Warren
Seymour, is to act as chairman of the company pending the appointment of a

formerly known as Tolmount, through the acquisition of British Airways’ Italian
