Bombardier Aerospace has awarded a multi-year contract to Avior Integrated Products to manufacture structural components.

The scope of work includes a combination of composite parts, fabricated metal parts and lightweight hybrid structural sub-assemblies and could generate a value of over $40 million in business over the next seven years, said Avior.

The new parts and assembly packages are applicable to Bombardier's Challenger, CSeries, Global, Learjet 85, Q400 NextGen, and CRJ NextGen aircraft programmes.
