Avolon Aerospace Leasing has mandated Natixis for the financing of two Boeing 737-800 deliveries.

The French bank is the arranger of a commercial loan facility that covers the aircraft to be placed under an operating lease contract with Indonesia's Lion Air.

The aircraft are scheduled for delivery in July and August.

The deal is in documentation.

The transaction marks the second time Avolon has teamed up with Natixis. Last year the French bank arranged an export credit agency (ECA) facility covering one Airbus A321 on lease to US Airways.
