Dublin-based aircraft leasing company AWAS has delivered an Airbus A320 and an A321 to Royal Jordanian Airlines.

The two aircraft are powered by IAE V2500 engines and form part of an order placed in early 2011 for seven A320 and A321 aircraft, which will replace six of the same types in the fleet.

AWAS will deliver the sixth aircraft, an A321, and the seventh aircraft, an A320, in June and November respectively.
