BA plans further rise in strike-hit flight schedule

British Airways is to increase its flying schedule during cabin crew union Unite's next planned five-day strike from 5-9 June.

The airline will increase its Heathrow long-haul schedule to over 80% of flights, up from 70% during this week's strike and 60% in the previous strike period.

Its Heathrow short-haul schedule will be increased to 60% of flights, up from 55% this week.
