Avianca-Taca has selected BAE to remarket Fokker 100 jets on a gradual basis through June 2012.

The aircraft feature Rolls-Royce Tay 650-15 engines.

BAE says the latest agreement builds on a remarketing pact it has previously reached with Colombian carrier Avianca, who completed its merger with El Salvador's Taca last year.

Avianca also last year concluded a deal with GECAS to lease 10 Airbus A318s previously operated by Mexicana to replace the 15 Fokker 100s.
