BAE Systems wins S7 Airlines A310 mandate

BAE Systems has won the exclusive mandate to remarket a 1989-vintage Airbus A310-300 aircraft for sale.

The aircraft is currently on lease to S7 Airlines, Russia and will become available at the end of the year.

The aircraft, MSN 520, is powered by CF6-80C2A2 engines. It is equipped with 14 business and 241 economy class seats.

According to Flightglobal's ACAS database, the ex-Hapag Lloyd aircraft is owned by special purpose company Cramington Services and has been in service with Sibir and S7 Airlines since 2005.

In addition to this A310-300, BAE Systems has current mandates to remarket a further 36 aircraft on behalf of various owners worldwide.
