Bangkok Airways and SilkAir ink codeshare deal

Thai carrier Bangkok Airways and Singapore Airlines' regional subsidiary SilkAir have entered into a codeshare agreement for routes between Singapore, Koh Samui, Phuket and Chiang Mai, with effect from 15 February, SilkAir said in a statement.

The codeshare deal covers SilkAir operated four times-daily flights from Singapore to Phuket, four times-weekly flights between Singapore and Chiang Mai and the five times-weekly service from Singapore to Koh Samui.

In addition, the agreement covers the Bangkok Airways operated daily Koh Samui-Singapore service, twice daily Koh Samui-Phuket flights and once daily Chiang Mai-Koh Samui service.
