A syndicate of banks including Citibank, Natixis and Bayerische Landesbank have closed financing on the another Airbus A380 for Thai Airways.
The banks were mandated earlier this year as joint arrangers of a 12-year European export credit agency-supported loan fronted by the UK's Export Credits Guarantee Department.
The aircraft (MSN 100) follows another A380 (MSN 93) which was delivered last month. Citibank was the debt provider in the financing.
In 2013, the Thai carrier is due to take delivery of its remaining three A380s. The January delivery has been mandated to Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking, which will arrange an ECA-supported loan.
