Banks close ATR debt for Transportation Partners

Singapore-based aircraft leasing and advisory vehicle Transportation Partners has closed another ATR 72-600 delivery financing with a consortium of banks.

Japanese financier Development Bank of Japan acted as lender in the debt facility while BNP Paribas is the facility agent and security trustee.

The ATR 72-600 (MSN 1135) is the sixth turboprop to be operated by Malindo Airways.

The ATR 72 is the seventh commercially financed aircraft arranged by BNP Paribas for Transportation Partners.
