Banks close final A321 for Air China

A syndicate of French and German banks has closed financing on an Airbus A321 for Air China.

The aircraft, MSN 5432, is part of a six-aircraft mandate that was funded with French optimised leases, combined with export credit agency (ECA) guaranteed loans.

KfW IPEX-Bank, Siemens Bank, Natixis Transport Finance and Groupe BPCE are debt the underwriters.

KfW IPEX-Bank and Natixis Transport Finance are overall arrangers with Natixis acting as the arranger of the French lease structure and ECA agent.
