Beijing airport passenger traffic up 3.5% in July

Beijing Capital International Airport (BCIA) has posted a 3.5% rise in passenger traffic to 7.12 million in July, compared with the same period a year ago.

Domestic passenger traffic increased by 1.4%, while international passenger traffic grew by around 10.2% from the corresponding period last year. Its international passenger traffic numbers include those from Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau, said the airport.

Aircraft movements rose by 0.7% to 45,900 from a year ago, added BCIA.
