BMI Regional carried more than 500,000 passengers in its first full year of operations as an independent carrier.
The UK regional carrier - which operates a fleet of four Embraer ERJ-135s and 14 ERJ-145s - says it launched 12 new routes over the last 12 months.
It now operates more than 450 scheduled flights a week across a network of 25 destinations in eight European countries, including Antwerp, Brussels, Billund, Copenhagen, Esbjerg and Lyon. Its Toulouse-Bremen service represents its "first route between two mainland European cities", says airline chief executive Cathal O'Connell.
The carrier employs 400 staff in the UK, where it has opened bases in Bristol and Birmingham.
In May 2012, IAG sold BMI Regional to Aberdeen-based Sector Aviation Holdings.
