BNP Paribas closes 737-800 JOLs for Malaysia Airlines

Malaysia Airlines closed the financing of two Boeing 737-800 aircraft under Japanese Lease Operating structures in April and May 2013, respectively.

The aircraft (MSNs 40145 and 40146) are equipped with CFM International CFM56- 7B26E engines.

The transactions were arranged by BNP Paribas acting as lease arranger, and DBS Bank as debt arrangers. BNP Paribas Tokyo acted as facility agent and BNP Paribas Singapore as security trustee.
