BNP Paribas closes JOLCOs for Turkish Airlines

Turkish Airlines has mandated BNP Paribas the financing of three Boeing 737-800 aircraft delivering in the first quarter of this year.

The French bank is the lease arranger, debt arranger and facility agent of a Japanese operating lease with call option (JOLCO) covering the three aircraft.

The transaction features Japanese equity combined with commercial loan.

The first aircraft (MSN 40987) closed on 28 January. The second aircraft (MSN 42000) closed in February. The final aircraft is due next month.
