Operating lessor BOC Aviation has closed a commercial debt loan facility with Natixis to finance new Boeing 737-800 deliveries.

The French bank is the underwriter and agent in the transaction.

The facility covers two 737-800 deliveries to Brazilian carrier Gol. The first aircraft (MSN 41163) was delivered at the end of January. The second aircraft (MSN 39634) was delivered earlier this month.

Both are part of an eight-aircraft mandate signed in November 2012. To date, Singapore-based BOC Aviation has acquired five 737-800s from Gol under this transaction.
