Aircraft leasing firm BOC Aviation will lease two Embraer 190 aircraft to European travel group TUI Travel.
Both aircraft will be delivered in the first half of 2013 and will be operated by TUI Travel's subsidiary Jetairfly, says BOC Aviation.
"We are able to close this transaction with TUI [Travel] because we have a very close working relationship with them and understand the economics of their business. I am also very pleased to work with Embraer and that our track record of adding value to airframe manufacturers is once again affirmed," says BOC Aviation's managing director and chief executive Robert Martin.
Jetairfly is a Belgian airline operating out of Brussels, Ostend, Liege and Charleroi. It has a fleet of 20 aircraft that operates on medium and long-haul routes.
