The California State Court of Appeals a 2008 California Superior Court ruling that Boeing should pay mobile satellite operator ICO Global (now part of Pendrell) $603 million over an alleged fraud and breach of contract related to the construction of ICO’s planned satellite fleet. In winning the appeal, Boeing was also awarded costs.
