STG Aerospace has been selected to supply photoluminescent floorpath marking systems for Boeing's 737 Max narrowbodies.

The deal extends by 10 years an arrangement under which STG's non-electrically powered SafTglo system is a line-fit option on 737 aircraft.

Some 2,500 of the kits have been installed on 737-series aircraft since Boeing contracted UK-based STG in 2000.
