Bombardier has appointed Stan Younger to succeed Michael McQuay as head of the company's Aircraft Service Centre network.

McQuay will retire after 40 years in aviation, effective May 2012.

Younger and McQuay will work closely together in the transition period over the coming months, said Bombardier.

Younger comes from Cessna where he served as head of 10 company-owned service facilities.
