Bombardier selects SA Express as authorised service facility in Africa

Bombardier has selected South African Express Airways (SA Express) as the company's first authorised service facility in Africa for its commercial aircraft.

Under the deal, South African regional carrier SA Express will provide maintenance work to operators of Bombardier's CRJ100, CRJ200 and CRJ700 regional jets as well as Dash 8-100/200/300, Q100, Q200, Q300 and Q400 turboprop aircraft.

This agreement forms a part of Bombardier's ongoing expansion plan for international support.

SA Express currently operates a fleet of 15 CRJ200 and CRJ700 regional jets, and nine Q400 turboprops.
