Brooker joins IBA as chief technical manager

The International Bureau of Aviation (IBA) has appointed Paul Brooker as its new chief technical manager.

Brooker has more than 30 years of experience in civil aviation, having worked for Aero Nusantara Indonesia, the Malaysian Air Services Agency, BAE Systems and Monarch Aircraft Engineering.

He expertise spans the fields of aircraft manufacturing, maintenance and project management. Brooker is also a Part 66 EASA-licensed aircraft engineer.
