Brussels Airlines will launch five weekly flights between Washington Dulles and Brussels airport on 18 June.
The airline will deploy Airbus A330 aircraft on the route.
Codeshare partner United Airlines already operates a daily service on the route, bringing the combined offering to 12 weekly flights.
Brussels Airlines says it will add an eighth Airbus A330 to facilitate the new route.
