Embraer CAE Training Services' first Phenom 300 full-flight simulator, at CAE's centre in Dallas, Texas, has been certificated. The simulator joins a Phenom 100 FFS in Dallas that was approved in the second half of 2009. The Embraer-CAE joint venture also includes a Phenom 100 FFS in the UK. The newly installed Phenom 300 FFS has been qualified in Brazil, Europe and the USA. Embraer has also secured Brazilian, European and US certification for the Garmin synthetic vision technology feature on its Phenom 100. It is now working on certification of the technology for the Phenom 300, which Embraer claims will be the first light jet to have the technology.
