Former Manhattan Jet Charter managing director Trevor Jones has taken up the newly created position of director of client relations at Gama Aviation, based at Farnborough airport.

Salma al Baloushi has become the first female Emirati to graduate from Etihad's cadet programme as a co-pilot. She operated her first flight as a first officer from Abu Dhabi to Athens.
