French bank Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank (CA-CIB) arranged a Japanese operating lease with a call option (JOLCO) financing combined with an export credit facility on a new Airbus A380 delivery for International Airlines Group.

CA-CIB, which confirm the financing, also acted as security trustee.

Banco Santander and Bank of America Merrill Lynch structured and arranged the Euler Hermes supported export credit facility and also acted as facility agent and lender.

The aircraft (MSN 121) delivered to British Airways on 19 September. It is the second of a 12-aircraft order with deliveries scheduled through 2016.
