Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank (CA-CIB) has closed financing of another new Airbus A330-300 aircraft for Cathay Pacific.
The French bank arranged a commercial debt facility on the A330-300, MSN 1362. Crédit Agricole-CIB also acted as facility agent and security trustee.
The transaction marks the third time this year CA-CIB has arranged financing for Cathay Pacific. The bank previously closed two 12-year Japanese operating lease financings on a February delivery (MSN 1285) and a June delivery (MSN 1317).
Cathay's A330-300 fleet is powered with Rolls-Royce Trent 772B-60EP engines.
