CAE sells five full flight simulators to Asian customers

Canadian training equipment and services provider CAE has sold five level D full flight simulators (FFS) to customers in Asia for a total value of C$65 million ($63.9 million) at list prices.

The company has sold a CAE 7000 series Airbus A320 and Boeing 737 FFS to Air China. The units will be delivered to the carrier's training centre in Beijing.

Shandong Airlines has purchased a CAE 7000 Series Boeing 737 FFS, which will be delivered to the carrier's training facility in Qingdao.

The fourth simulator, an Airbus A320 FFS, will be delivered to the Cebu Pacific-CAE joint venture aviation training centre at the Clark Freeport Zone in the Philippines.

CAE's customer for the fifth simulator, an A320 FFS, is the Alpha Aviation Group. The company will deliver the simulator to the group's training academy at Clark Freeport Zone.
