CAE has sold three 7000 Series Level D full-flight simulators (FFS) to Garuda Indonesia for an Airbus A320, Boeing 737 and Bombardier CRJ 1000 aircraft.

The contracts are valued at more than Canadian dollars (C$) 40 million ($40.6 million) at list prices, says CAE.

The three FFSs will be delivered to Garuda's training centre in west Jakarta and will be ready for training in 2013.

Garuda has also signed up for service programme for the simulators that covers spare parts and training.

Jeff Roberts, CAE's group president for civil simulation products, training and services, says: "We are proud to work once again with this leading carrier in the Asia-Pacific region as it expands its network and fleet."
