Danube Wings launches its new service from Cambridge airport to Dole Jura airport in the Franche Comté region of eastern France on 27 July.

The Slovak airline will operate twice weekly flights on the route, which becomes the first scheduled service from any UK airport to the winemaking region.

Passengers will have an allowance of four wine bottles per person on the return leg, in addition to the airline's standard 15kg checked baggage allowance.

Danube Wings has a fleet of four ATR 72s, according to Flightglobal's Ascend Online database, two of which are sub wet leased to Sweden's NextJet.
