Cathay Pacific plans to launch a thrice weekly freighter service to Mexico City on 1 March, its second Mexican destination after Guadalajara.

The carrier will deploy Boeing 747-8 Freighter on the Hong Kong-Anchorage-Los Angeles-Mexico City-Guadalajara route, it says.

Flightglobal’s FlightMaps Analytics shows that Cathay Pacific will compete with Aerounion and South Winds Cargo on the Los-Angeles-Mexico City and Mexico City-Guadalajara routes.
