Cathay Pacific Airways plans to expand its presence in India by launching a Hong Kong-Hyderabad service.
The airline will operate the four times weekly service from 1 December using Airbus A330-300 aircraft.
The service will complement its existing flights to Mumbai, Delhi and Chennai, says Cathay.
The carrier adds that the move will further boost leisure and business travel between Hong Kong and India.
In May, Cathay launched a freighter service connecting Hyderabad to key markets in East and North Asia.
According to Innovata schedules, no other airline operates flights between Hong Kong and Hyderabad.
