The airline said it carried 4.56 million passengers and achieved a load factor of 90%.

Cebu Pacific started a thrice-weekly domestic service from Manila to Surigao on 17 June.
On 24 November 2010, the airline increased frequencies on the Manila-Boracay, Manila-Cebu, Cebu-Boracay, Cebu-General Santos, Cebu-Puerto Princesa and Cebu-Bacolod routes.
