China Eastern Airlines launched three new domestic services this month.

It began thrice weekly Kunming-Hohhot-Tongliao and four times weekly Kunming-Ordos-Hailar services on 11 and 13 May respectively, followed by a daily Shenzhen-Nanjing-Hohhot service on 27 May.

The carrier is using Boeing 737-700s on services from Kunming, and Airbus A321 aircraft on the Shenzhen-Nanjing-Hohhot service, it says.

Innovata schedules show that China Eastern competes with China Southern Airlines, Hainan Airlines and Shenzhen Airlines on the Shenzhen-Nanjing route, and with Tianjin Airlines on the Nanjing-Hohhot route.
