United Airlines’ regional partner CommutAir has contracted Fokker Services to provide rotable component support for its Bombardier Dash 8/Q-series fleet.

The Burlington, Vermont-based airline has signed a five-year contract covering equipment repairs and exchanges, spare-part leasing and reliability monitoring for all "major" line-replaceable units on the Q200s and Q300s, says the Dutch legacy-aircraft aftermarket support specialist.

Fokker Services is Bombardier’s partner for the support of the Canadian airframer’s out-of-production turboprop series.

CommutAir operates 21 Q200s and Q300s.
