Panama's Copa Airlines has signed an interline agreement with Azul, becoming the Brazilian carrier's newest partner following several similar deals in recent months.
The agreement will allow Copa passengers to connect to any Azul destination in Brazil on a single ticket.
Copa operates to seven cities in Brazil: Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Belo Horizonte, Brasilia, Manaus, Recife and Porto Alegre.
Copa is the latest Star Alliance carrier to sign an interline deal with Azul, after TAP Portugal, United Airlines and Lufthansa. Azul is also interline partners with SkyTeam carriers Aerolineas Argentinas and Air France, and has similar agreements with Etihad Airways and Germany's Hahn Air.
