Panama-based Copa Airlines has reported a 26.5% year-on-year growth in its overall passenger traffic in November compared to a year earlier.
The carrier's capacity grew 23.4%, while the passenger load factor grew by 1.9 percentage points to 76.7%.
International passenger traffic grew 28.7%, while capacity increased 25.1%. This resulted in a load factor of 76.5%, a 2.1 percentage point increase compared with November 2011.
Domestic traffic, represented wholly by Colombian domestic service, decreased 6.6%, while capacity decreased 5.7%. The domestic load factor for the month fell by 0.8 percentage points to 80%.
