Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank (Crédit Agricole-CIB) closed a commercial debt facility on a new Airbus A321 (MSN 5633) for Turkish Airlines under a French structured lease.

The aircraft is the final of a three A321-financing arrangement for the airline, says the French bank, which confirms the closing.

The deal was structured and arranged by Crédit Agricole CIB. Standard Chartered Bank and Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi UFJ also participated in the commercial debt facility.

The French bank also acted as global debt and equity arranger, facility agent and security trustee in the transaction.
