French bank Crédit Agricole CIB closed the commercial financing of a new Boeing 737-800 for Qantas Airways under a Japanese operating lease structure with call option (JOLCO).

The aircraft (MSN 39370) is the third 737-800 JOLCO financing structured and arranged by Crédit Agricole for Qantas this year.

Crédit Agricole CIB acted as sole global debt and equity arranger, facility agent and security trustee in the transaction.
