Credit Agricole CIB has a closed a 12-year finance lease facility covering a new Boeing 777-300ER for Emirates Airline.

The aircraft, MSN 41364, was delivered on 11 June.

The transaction follows the finance lease of another 777-300ER earlier this year with the Dubai-based carrier. That 777-300ER, MSN 41362, was delivered on 24 April.

Credit Agricole CIB acted as sole underwriter, facility agent and security trustee in the new transaction. Norton Rose Paris represented the French bank while Emirates was advised by Dentons London.
