Deutsche Capital Management (DCM), has launched a new fund (DCM Flugzeugfonds "Worldfreighter") covering two Boeing 777Fs that are on lease to Aerologic the joint-venture cargo carrier between Lufthansa Cargo and Deutsche Post-DHL.

The German KG house has teamed up with Deutsche Bank, to tap the KG market. Deutsche Bank is DCM's equity placement agent in this transaction.

The Fund has an equity volume of $180 million for the two aircraft. One aircraft (MSN 36004) was delivered in December 2009 while the second (MSN 36198) was delivered in June 2010.

Both aircraft are the fourth and fifth delivered to the German freighter carrier Aerologic out of a total of eight B777Fs which are scheduled to be delivered to Aerologic by the end of 2010.

DCM, which acquired five 777Fs from Deucalion in 2008, still has one delivery scheduled for November this year. The aircraft will also be on lease to Aerologic.
