Delta to begin three new routes from Los Angeles

Delta Air Lines will begin seasonal flights to three cities from Los Angeles (LAX) from 10 June.

The Atlanta-based carrier will begin seasonal once daily flights to Spokane from 10 June, twice-weekly flights to Anchorage from 21 June and once daily flights to Boston from 12 August, says the airline.

Delta will also increase service to Puerto Vallarta to once daily from Saturday only on 1 July.

American Airlines, JetBlue Airways, United Airlines and Virgin America fly between LAX and Boston, according to Innovata schedules. No airlines fly nonstop between LAX and either Anchorage or Spokane.

Delta has 115 peak day departures from LAX.
