Deucalion closes financing on final 777F for Aerologic

Deucalion Capital VII Limited ("DC VII"), an aviation fund advised and managed by DVB Bank SE, has secured financing of the last of eight Boeing 777F aircraft that are leased to Lufthansa Cargo and Deutsche Post-DHL joint venture, AeroLogic.

DC VII financed the last 777-200F aircraft (MSN 36200) equipped with GE90-110B1 engines through a secured loan co-arranged by KfW IPEX-Bank GmbH (60%) and DVB Bank SE (40%).

This delivery is part of an eight 777-200F aircraft acquisition by DC VII in November 2007 from Boeing. Since, DC VII has sold six aircraft of the type. DCM has four aircraft while Banc of America Leasing and Lease Corporation International (LCI) have one aircraft each.

The 777-200Fs are on a 10-year operating leases and are mainly used by AeroLogic on routes to Asia.
