Doric Nimrod Air Two has closed the second of four new Airbus A380s under its $587.5 million pass through certificates offering issued in June.

The A380, MSN 107, is on lease to Emirates Airline for a period of 12 years. The remaining two aircraft are scheduled for delivery by year-end.

The $587.5 million transaction includes $434 million in Class A certificates, which bear interest at an annual rate of 5.125% and will have a final expected distribution date of 30 November 2022. The $154 million Class B certificates carry an annual rate of 6.5% and will have a final expected distribution date of 30 May 2019.

Goldman Sachs acted as sole structuring agent and sole bookrunner.

With this aircraft, Doric's A380 fleet under portfolio management reaches 16 aircraft.
